General Terms

Luxury Driver Service provides premium executive, private, and airport transportation services in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure the highest quality and safety for all clients.

Smoking Policy

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind (including substances or products) is permitted in any vehicle. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the service, and the following charges will apply:

  • Cleaning and odor removal fee: $500.00
  • Damage fee for burns (per seat or carpet): $200.00
Booking and Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Bookings must be canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
    • Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a fee equivalent to the total trip cost.
    • To avoid cancellation fees, you must obtain a cancellation confirmation number.
  2. No-Show Policy:

    • A no-show occurs if the chauffeur waits for:
      • 1 hour after your plane lands at the airport.
      • 30 minutes at other locations.
    • If no contact is made within these time frames, you will be charged the full fare, including applicable waiting time and parking fees.
  3. Change of Itinerary:

    • Notify us immediately of any changes to your travel plans.
    • We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but late cancellations or re-bookings may incur additional fees.
Rates and Charges
  1. Flat Rates:

    • Flat rates are based on pickup and drop-off only. Additional stops will incur hourly charges.
  2. Hourly Rates:

    • Hourly rates are calculated from the time the vehicle departs the garage until it returns.
  3. Incidental Fees:

    • Rates do not include parking, tolls, or other incidental charges incurred during the service.
  4. Waiting Time:

    • Luxury Driver Service offers a 15-minute complimentary waiting period for point-to-point transfers. After this, the applicable hourly rate will apply.
Client Responsibilities
  1. Luggage:

    • Chauffeurs will assist with loading and unloading luggage.
    • Clients are responsible for maintaining possession and control of their belongings at all times.
    • Luxury Driver Service is not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles or at pickup/drop-off locations.
  2. Behavior:

    • Clients must behave respectfully and follow the rules of the service. Failure to comply may result in service termination.
Liability

Luxury Driver Service is not responsible for delays or missed services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Flight cancellations, diversions, or delays.
  • Extreme weather or traffic conditions.
  • Unforeseen events affecting service schedules.
Subcontractor Use

On occasion, Luxury Driver Service may utilize subcontractors to fulfill reservations. In such cases, subcontractor terms and conditions will apply.

Important Reminders
  • Once a booking is confirmed, a vehicle and chauffeur are reserved exclusively for you.
  • Late cancellations, no-shows, or excessive delays will be subject to the policies outlined above.
